Return & Refund Policy

At OTAZOO, we want every package to feel like a gift — but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry. We’ll make it right (or waifu slap ourselves into shape).

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect

  • Custom or limited-edition products may not be returnable (unless defective)

Please email contact@otazoo.com before returning anything. Returns without prior notice may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Digital products (if applicable)

  • Opened or used items

  • Final sale or clearance products

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time)

  3. Still no luck? Email us — we’ll look into it!
