Estimated shipping times

Orders typically require 1–3 weeks to process before shipment. Once shipped via USPS, packages generally arrive within 3–5 business days for U.S. domestic orders. During peak periods like holidays or convention seasons, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience.

Customs duties and taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are not includedin your order total and must be paid by the recipient. OTAZOO has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they might be. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more info. By placing an order with us, you agree to take full responsibility for any customs-related charges.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us at support@otazoo.com as soon as possible with your order number and corrected address. We’ll do our best to fix it before your order ships, but once it’s been processed, we can’t guarantee changes.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will reach out for a corrected address and re-ship once as a courtesy. If the package is returned again, additional shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds & replacement

All sales on OTAZOO are final. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photo proof within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement if possible. Refunds are not offered unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

Choice of shipping carrier

We currently ship via USPS. Tracking numbers are included with all orders and are sent to your email upon shipment. If you haven’t received a tracking number, feel free to email us and we’ll try to locate it for you manually.

Email response

Please allow 1–3 business days for email responses. Delays may occur during weekends, holidays, or major sale events. For urgent matters, you may also message us on Instagram at @otazoo.store — but please only use one channel to avoid confusion and duplicate tickets.

Chargebacks

If there’s an issue with your order — delay, error, wrong address, etc. — please reach out to us first. We’re happy to help resolve it. However, if you initiate a chargeback without contacting us, your account may be blacklisted and you may not be able to place future orders with OTAZOO.
